Human Oversight
AI is a tool, not a replacement for expertise. Every AI-assisted decision at Visible Ads is reviewed and approved by a member of our senior team. We do not allow fully autonomous campaign changes without human review.
Our team sets the strategic direction, defines the guardrails, and monitors outcomes. When AI recommendations conflict with our professional judgement or your business objectives, human expertise takes precedence.
Data Handling
Your data is your data. We take its protection seriously.
- Client campaign data is never shared with third-party AI training datasets.
- We only use AI tools that comply with GDPR and UK data protection regulations.
- When we use platform-native AI features (such as Google Smart Bidding), data handling is governed by your existing agreements with those platforms.
- Any third-party AI tools we use are vetted for data security and privacy compliance before adoption.
Transparency
We believe in full transparency about our use of AI. If you ask us whether AI was involved in any aspect of your campaign management, we will give you a straight answer. Our monthly reports note when AI-driven strategies (such as Smart Bidding or automated audience expansion) are in use.
If you prefer that we limit or exclude AI tools from your campaign management, we are happy to discuss alternative approaches.
